History Pinot Noir 2021 - 750ml

Unlike the light examples from the new world, Chamon Garbin rescues the classic style of Burgundy Pinot Noir, full-bodied, with gastronomic acidity and a high concentration of tannins due to the long maceration with the skins throughout fermentation. A structured wine, for storage, or if consumed now, it should be paired with risottos, pasta or strong meats.
