LEGACY Jandir Crestani 2020 (Red Blend) - 750ml

LEGACY pays homage to those who were the seed for the emergence of Chamon Garbin Vinhos Clássicos. Jandir Crestani is a third-generation Italian immigrant whose love for grape growing would result in Vale dos Vinhedos. Having welcomed Douglas Chamon for almost twenty years, when the economist from Espírito Santo visited the wineries of Serra Gaúcha, today the Crestani family owns the historic building where winemaker Douglas Chamon lives and which houses the Chamon Garbin Vinhos Clássicos store. This complex and structured wine perpetuates this friendship, and its vinification respects the characteristics of the grapes, with no aggressive chemical or physical treatments being performed to clean and correct the must or wine, such as the use of clarifiers, cold tartaric stabilization, filtration and the addition of polysaccharides. A portion of the wines are aged in oak barrels, with no predominance of wood.
