LEGACY Odete Solomon Abdo 2020 (Decacorte) - 750ml

LEGACY pays homage to those who were the seed for the emergence of Chamon Garbin Vinhos Clássicos. Odete Salomão Abdo, Douglas Chamon's grandmother, emigrated from Lebanon as a baby, escaping the hardships of World War I. Accustomed to overcoming adversity, Odete passes on her strength and character to her grandson, who represents her in this complex and structured blend. The vinification of this example reflects the characteristics of the grapes, with no aggressive chemical or physical treatments being carried out to clean and correct the must or wine, such as the use of clarifiers, cold tartaric stabilization, filtration and the addition of polysaccharides. A portion of the wines are aged in oak barrels, with no predominance of wood.
